Choose a ready-made design or the custom builder
The ready-made gallery preserves each template’s original artwork and dimensions. Choose a language, browse or search the templates, replace the sample details and crop a local portrait where the template provides a photo slot. Each template keeps its own edits while this page stays open.
Custom builder keeps the complete resume studio: adjustable sections and columns, full-screen multipage previews, design controls, review checks, and PDF, Word or plain-text downloads. The guidance below describes those custom-builder features. Switching modes preserves the work in each mode during your visit.
A clear resume starts with the right details
Start with your name, a professional title and a contact method. A short summary can explain your strengths and the kind of work you do. Add recent experience, education, relevant skills and projects that show what you can contribute.
Use the Sections tab to change the order, rename headings or hide details that do not fit the application. Certifications, languages, achievements, volunteering, publications, references and interests are available, and custom sections give you room for anything else. Empty sections are omitted from the finished resume.
Make each entry useful to the reader
A resume is easier to assess when it connects your actions with their results. Keep the information accurate and specific.
- Start experience entries with the role and employer, followed by clear dates. List your most recent experience first.
- Use short bullet points to describe what you did, how you did it and what changed. Include numbers when they help explain a real result.
- Choose the sections that support this application. A recent graduate may lead with education or projects; an experienced applicant may lead with roles and achievements.
- Paste a job description in Review to compare useful words with your visible resume. Add a suggested word only when it reflects your experience.
- Read the text version under the preview, then check contact details, dates and spelling before you send the file.
Choose a format that fits the application
Choose a simple single-column resume, an adjustable sidebar or balanced columns. Move sections between columns in the Sections tab. English PDF downloads contain selectable text. Marathi and other scripts that need joined letters use high-resolution image pages in direct PDF downloads. Choose Print / Save PDF when you need browser-shaped selectable text. Employer screening systems differ and no template guarantees a result.
Choose A4 or US Letter and adjust margins, text sizes, line spacing, colours and section headings. Long content continues onto additional pages, and both PDF and print include every page. PDF and print preserve the visual layout. Word downloads use a flowing editable layout, so columns and decorations are not copied exactly. Download the current page as a high-resolution PNG when you need an image.
Choose English or Marathi under Output language in Content. Standard section headings and generated dates follow your choice, while your personal details, entries and custom headings stay as written. Locally hosted fonts preserve Marathi in previews and downloads. Always inspect the finished file and follow the employer’s requested format.
Keep your finished resume
