Documents and tool inputs

ToolSaathi processes uploaded files, document text, photos and calculator inputs in your browser. These inputs are not uploaded to our servers for processing or storage. Downloads are created on your device. We do not require an account, sell your document contents, or send those contents to advertisers.

Tool workspaces do not load our advertising code. When advertising is enabled on browsing pages, links open tools as separate page loads so advertising scripts do not carry into the workspace. A file or webpage you explicitly open outside ToolSaathi has its own privacy practices.

Storage on your device

Favourite tools, fonts, text styles and symbols, your saved PDF watermark logos, recent tools and relevant preferences may be kept in your browser. Current editors do not offer saved drafts, editable backup files, reusable document details, named wheels, saved photo sizes, hashtag sets or attendance subjects.

Records saved by older versions are not automatically erased. The Saved page lets you review and explicitly delete supported browser records. These records do not sync to an account or Cloudflare storage. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access them, and the browser may clear them. Deleting browser records does not delete files you previously downloaded. Download your finished work before leaving a tool.

Moving a result between tools

A “Use this result in” action temporarily keeps the selected text or image in this browser. The destination asks before using it. The link contains a random reference, not your file or text. A transfer expires after ten minutes and cannot be opened after expiry. Expired records are removed when transfers are next checked or created; closing the browser does not guarantee immediate deletion. You can clear this website's stored browser data at any time.

Optional offline copies and diagnostics

For selected lightweight tools, you may choose to save an offline copy of the page, code and fonts. This does not save your tool inputs. Copies are limited to three tools and 16 MB per copy, with update and remove controls in each supported tool. Processing engines may separately cache their public resources and language files.

Help controls can prepare a local diagnostic report for you to review and download. It contains the tool name, browser capabilities, screen size and basic timing information. It excludes entered text, files, filenames, saved work and link parameters. Nothing is sent automatically. If you choose to email support, review your message and attachments before sending.

Sharing and downloads

The tool-page Share icon sends the tool address and its introductory message, without your inputs or settings. Separate image-sharing controls create the result image shown in their preview. Review names, results and attachments before sending. Existing links from older versions may contain readable inputs after the # symbol; anyone with a complete older link can read those inputs. Uploaded files are not included in those links.

The upcoming design upgrade

The design offer shown after clicking Download is coming soon. Paid checkout is not open, and this website does not currently collect payment details or paid purchase records. Existing free downloads continue to be created on your device.

Before we enable payments or any service that uploads design text or photos for processing, we will update this policy to explain the information collected, providers involved, storage and deletion, and purchase recovery. The planned download-access period does not set a file-storage period.

Advertising and Google

Advertisements are currently turned off. We are preparing selected public pages for Google AdSense. Tools remain free to use.

When enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device information, IP addresses and advertising identifiers to deliver, measure and personalise advertisements. Data about visits to pages with ads may be shared with Google. Google may use prior visits to this and other websites to personalise ads where permitted and consented to. We do not intentionally include document contents or calculator values in advertising requests.

Consent and cookie choices

When advertising is enabled, the consent message explains your choices about advertising cookies and personalisation. Where consent is required, those choices must be respected before advertising cookies or personalisation are permitted. You can reopen your preferences through the “Privacy and cookie settings” link when the message is active. Declining consent does not prevent you from using the tools.

You can also block or clear cookies through your browser. Advertising may still use contextual or limited information where permitted. Browser cookie settings and Google's consent choices are separate from the browser storage used for your favourites and settings.

Hosting and analytics

Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, requested page addresses, browser information and basic security logs to deliver the website and prevent abuse. Hosting access logs have their own provider retention practices. ToolSaathi does not currently run a separate product analytics service. If one is introduced, this policy and any required consent settings will be updated first.

Contact and changes

If you contact us, your email address and the message you send are used to respond and investigate your request, including design, download or purchase enquiries. Do not send identity documents, full financial records, private PDFs, payment secrets or passwords. We do not operate an upload-based support service.
