ToolSaathi is a website for everyday tools and editable design templates. Our public support and business enquiry email is services@reasonix.tech.

For additional template packs or custom graphic design work, email a short description of your requirements. These projects are discussed and quoted individually; sending an enquiry does not place an order.

Include the tool name, the problem, your browser and device, and the steps that led to the issue. Use made-up examples for calculation reports so we can understand the problem without seeing your private information.

Downloads and purchase support

Current downloads are free, and the optional paid design upgrade is not available for purchase yet. Read Design downloads & purchase terms and Refunds & cancellations for the planned offer and support process.

When reporting a download problem, include the design name and file format. For a future payment enquiry, include the order or payment reference if available. Keep full financial details and private documents out of your message.

Keep sensitive information private

Please do not email private PDFs, passwords, bank statements, tax returns or identification documents. We do not need those files to receive ordinary feedback, and we cannot provide personal financial, tax, medical or legal advice.
